For most delivery, collection and courier projects in Brighton and Hove our service is priced on our standard hourly rate. For delivery or collection large goods and for delivery or collection outside Brighton and Hove, we can offer a fixed quote.

- When you enquire about a delivery or collection, we will confirm with you the date, time and cost, based on the information you have provided to us.
- We will send you written confirmation of your booking by email, along with a copy of our terms and conditions.
- We will text you before arriving to collect the item(s). Payment must be made on collection of the item(s).
- When the item has been delivered, we will notify you by text. If requested, we will send you an invoice by email.
